According to information (unofficial), Redmi is getting closer to officially introduce the newest generation of its flagship line under mid-range smartphones, Redmi 9. According to the sources, the new phone would hit the Chinese market in early 2020 between January and March, soon followed by its launch in India. The handset is expected to feature the 6.6-inch centered circular notch display, which should become standard among mid-range smartphones next year.
Regarding hardware, it is said that the base model of the handset line will have 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. It’ll offer the new MediaTek Helio G70 chipset, which comes under the Helio G90 chip. There is still no official forecast for the launch of the phone.
